Question: I forgot to to pray the witr [salaah] last night, so should I pray it now – after Zhuhr?
Response: Once the sun has reached it’s zenith (zawaal), then the [legislated] time for making-up the witr [salaah] has expired; that is because the [legislated] time for making-up the witr [salaah] is [only] between the rising of the sun [after Fajr] until the sun reaches its zenith (zawaal).
