لزوم البيوت فرصةٌ عظيمةٌ للقيام بواجب وقاية النَّفس والأهل النَّارَ بتعليمهم وتأديبهم؛ قال الله تعالى:﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا قُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَاراً﴾، فاحفظوهم في طريق الاستقامة قبل أن يضيعوا في سبل الضَّلالة، وتَفَقَّدوهم قبل أن تَفْقِدوهم.

Shaykh Saalih al-‘Usaymee said:
Staying at home is a great opportunity to fulfil the obligation of protecting oneself and [one’s] family from the Fire, by teaching them [about their religion] and disciplining them [upon their obligation to Allaah].
Allaah تعالى says:
{O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire…}, Soorah at-Tahreem, Aayah 6
So protect them upon the path of righteousness before they are lost to the paths of misguidance, and [in doing so] keep a watchful eye over them [to ensure they remain upon the path of righteousness], before you lose them.
