Daleel al-Faaliheen v1 p376

Allaah عز و جل says:

{And those who say, “Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes…”} – al-Furqaan 25:74

Ibn ‘Allaan said:
He [عز و جل] began with the wife, because in her [being upon] goodness, there is goodness for [her] offspring.
